We want to thank Laura Tennill from Ten L Training Center for allowing us to purchase such an awesome filly. Ice has surpassed all of our hopes and dreams this year. We think she has charisma big time, and she loves showing under the expert hands of John Eberth at Arion Management. We have learned so much from John and Melinda, and we want to thank them for a positive and fun experience at both AMHA and AMHR shows in 2005. Thank you for the memories! Ice was Supreme Champion Horse at the AMHA Edinburg show July 2005, 2005 Reserve National Champion Yearling Filly at AMHR Nationals, and 6th in her yearling filly class at 2005 AMHA World. This was our first year for showing miniature horses, and Ice and John paired up to surpass all our hopes and dreams

We purchased “Barbie” at the Heritage Sale 2005. Barbie’s sire is Little Kings Buck Zeus and her maternal grandsire is Glenns General Patton. She has a great personality and has great action. We are looking forward to breaking her to drive and using her in our breeding program. In her woolies, our friends think she looks just like a dainty unicorn. She has a sweet personality, super straight legs, and a gorgeous head. When we were featured in our local newspaper, Barbie’s picture was featured on the front page.

We call this mare “Velvet,” as her coat is a velvety grey. Her sire is Mountain Highs Shoot The Moon, and we think she will cross well with Astro. She is bred to Astro for a 2006 foal, and we can’t wait!

This horse is affectionately called “Blondie” on our farm. We want to thank Ron and Joyce Koop from J and R Carousel Miniatures for this purchase. We like to teasingly blame Ron or Joyce for starting this miniature craze in our family. Blondie is a great mare, who has produced two very nice fillies for us. She is always calm and gentle. We can’t wait to see what the Astro/Blondie cross will produce.

For Keeps is a dainty little bay, and we are hoping that she will produce some nice buckskins for us. For Keeps is out of Dundee, and she has her daddy’s great personality. As her name suggests, she is “for keeps.”

Arions Zenorita

Arions Zenorita was purchased at the Heritage Sale in May 2006. Zen is a favorite on our farm, as she has personality plus. Her sire is Little Kings LF Buckeroo Zorro and her dam is Arions Desitnys Black Lace. Zen can really move, and we are looking forward to driving her and getting awesome babies out of her in the future.
